I can't believe this took me a month

ONE MONTH.

But those are bygones now.

Ladies and gent's, I would like you to meet Teri and Demetrea, my newest contestants for *RoninsUltramix Samurai Duelers League. (that is, if I get in.)

Name: Teri (i is pronounced like "Ice cream")
Age: 17
Height: 6 ft, 3 inches
Weight: 180? possibly more. Either way he's just about impossible to carry.
Occupation: Traveling tea merchant
Weapons: a pair of Katanas, and one wakizashi (Wakizashi is mainly for Demetrea)
Interests: Tea, amongst other things.
Dislikes: People who attack the weaker for sport, having to fight someone who's weaker than himself, and not being able to have tea.

Odds & Ends: Despite his age, Teri is quite calm and wise, almost to a fault. But as a downside, he is also short fused. And very impulsive when angry. Although few things peeve him off, he is often capable of hurting someone in his fits of rage.

Backstory: As long as he can remember, he was raised in China with a loving and caring couple. They simply found Teri alone one day. His "parents" didn't have a child of their own, so they decided to bring him under their wing . After a while, they decided to call him Teri, since his parents never seemed to take him back. Teri loved his foster parents dearly, but he knew right away that they weren't his true family.
His new parents were successful tea merchants, which was probably how Teri eventually found a love for drinking and making tea himself. Throughout his life, he even tried to make some during busy costumer days. Although he was a big help to the family business, customers eventually preferred Teri making the tea over his parents. Afraid that they might lose there own business, Teri's parent's mustered up their courage to tell him that he couldn't sell his tea with his parents. The three were sad to say goodbye, but nonetheless, Teri left. But even though he might not be able to come back, Teri had high hopes that good things would soon come his way. He might, he though, even be able to find his true home.

Name: Demetrea (De-me-tre-a)
Age: She claims to be over 1000, but she looks about 15 yrs. old
Height: 5 ft, 2 inches
Weight: 115 lb.
Occupation: Teri's assistant
Weapons: The wakizashi that she and Teri share. But Teri only lends it to her when she has to go somewhere on her own.
Interests: She has grown rather fond of Teri, seeing that he's the only company she's got.
Dislikes: When people don't believe in what she says, being mistaken as an idiot, and Teri's occasional clueless-ness.

Odds & Ends/Backstory: If you were to have a glimpse at Demetrea, "Insane" would be the first word screaming in your mind when you would see here. Spend a day with Demetrea, and you might come to realize that she is actually nicer than she seems.
No one really knows for sure where Demetrea came from(including Teri), or whenever or not if she knows herself. Teri thinks she might have came somewhere from Europe, seeing that she's always proclaiming to be a vampire. Although her strange behavior could seem suspicious, most people in Japan don't seem to know what these bloodsuckers even are. However, the few who do know assume Demetrea to being mad, which isn't too far from the truth. But whenever or not she's pretending is truly a mystery.
But a word of caution. Demetrea fighting style is not too far from an animal's. She will attack anyone who seems threatening to her. And it's not that pretty to watch her attempting to claw out someone's eyes.

And that's about everything that you need to know about these two, at least for now. More of their story will be reveled during battles and (hopefully) spectator entries. But because of school, the *SAT exams, and eventually final exams, I'll probably only be able to have 2 duels over the next three months( maybe more or less depending how school turns out ). But afterward i''l accept as many duels as my right hand can take.
